Real Estate Deposit Escrow Service

Riverside Bank now offers a deposit escrow service for both residential and commercial real estate closing transactions. The deposit funds will be held and controlled solely by Riverside Bank. We provide the independence, financial strength and reliability that you and your clients can trust.

Safe & Secure	Escrow funds are held & controlled by Riverside Bank – no one has signing authority on the escrow account except authorized officers of the bank.
Reliable	When the closing date approaches, Riverside Bank will wire transfer the funds to the closing agent, in accordance with the written agreement signed by the buyer, the seller and the bank.
Free	There is no charge for the service, because the funds are held on deposit at Riverside Bank.
